A thoughtfully placed green pocket brings natural light and quiet greenery into the living space — creating a seamless connection to the outdoors while protecting privacy from the road. At the heart of the home lies a three-storey courtyard, flanked by the kitchen and dining on one side, and the pooja and utility areas on the other.
The layout is designed for fluid living: spaces flow effortlessly into one another — visible and connected, yet clearly defined for their purpose. We’ve also integrated clever under-stair storage within the triple-height volume, ensuring every inch of the home is put to good use without compromising design.

The first floor hosts the family living lounge, the master suite and a highly adaptable ancillary room. Overlooking the dramatic triple-height atrium, the family living is naturally illuminated and visually connected to the rest of the home, evolving between a study, library or leisure space.
The master suite features a refined walk-in wardrobe with an integrated dressing zone. Provision for a compact workspace ensures the room supports both rest and productivity.
The additional room is planned as a flexible module- ideal for professionals working remotely, yet easily convertible into a guest room with a fold-down bed or a playful children’s room with bunk beds.
Beneath the staircase, custom shelving transforms the under-utilized void into a curated display space, enhancing storage while contributing to the home’s interior expression.

The second floor accommodates an additional bedroom, a semi-closed terrace, and an open terrace that connects to the upper level. The bedroom is designed with a dedicated walk-in wardrobe and a cosy nook that easily transforms into a work or study corner.
The semi-closed terrace serves as a practical utility zone, ideal for laundry. With provisions for a washing machine and a discreet clothesline, the jaalis offer protection while still allowing sunlight to filter through for effective drying.
Stepping out onto the open, multi-level terrace, residents can enjoy uninterrupted views of the mountains. This space lends itself beautifully to a small garden, quiet evening relaxation, or friendly get-togethers.
With its sun-filled interiors and thoughtfully carved-out pockets of privacy, this home supports the rhythm of modern family life- offering flexibility, comfort and a sense of connectedness throughout.
